Delivery Areas & Schedule
Bamboo Flowers delivers fresh bouquets and floral arrangements across Surrey and Berkshire from Monday to Saturday, excluding UK national bank holidays.

Online Orders
Place orders online 24/7 by selecting your delivery date, address, and occasion. If the recipient is not home, a delivery note will be left with the location of the flowers.

Next-Day Flower Delivery

Order before 10pm for next-day delivery. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or simply letting someone know you care. Choose a delivery date that suits you, and we’ll ensure your bouquet arrives fresh and beautifully presented.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this safe; you’ll need your order number for any queries.

Delivery to Hospitals

Check with the hospital before sending flowers, as some wards do not accept deliveries. If accepted, our courier will deliver the flowers to reception. Bamboo Flowers is not liable if the hospital refuses delivery.

Delivery to Hotels

We recommend confirming with the hotel before sending flowers. For large hotels, delivery is made to reception, and it’s the responsibility of the hotel staff to pass the flowers to the recipient.

Cancelling an Order

Cancellations must be made at least two working days before the delivery date. Call 07557 303350 or email info@bambooflowers.co.uk with your order number to cancel.

Refunds & Guarantees

If your flowers arrive damaged, notify us within 24 hours. Our bouquets are guaranteed for up to 5 days, and we provide care instructions to keep them fresh. If the flowers fail to last, send us an image and we will offer a replacement or no-quibble refund.
