Bamboo Flowers delivers bouquets and arrangements around Surrey and Berkshire from Monday to Saturday, excluding national UK bank holidays.
Orders can be made online at any time by selecting a date, delivery address, and occasion. If the recipient is not home, a delivery note will be left with the location of the flowers.

Delivery Details
Send someone flowers for next-day flower delivery when you order before 2pm. Whether you're shopping for a birthday, anniversary, or simply to let someone know you're thinking of them, nothing shows you care quite like a bouquet of beautiful blooms from Bamboo Flowers. Order any of the bouquets in this range before 8pm, and we'll deliver them the very next day. Or do you want them for a different day?
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been placed online. Please keep this in a safe place, as you will need to quote the order number if you have any queries.
Delivery to Hospitals
We always recommend that you check with the hospital before sending flowers. This is because some hospital wards do not deliver fresh flowers. For this reason, we're unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital does accept flower deliveries, then our courier driver will normally deliver the parcel to reception.
Delivery to Hotels
We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending flowers. Large hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to source the recipient. Our courier driver will deliver the parcel to reception; from there it's the responsibility of the person who accepts the order to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient in the correct room.
Cancel an Order
Yes, we require a minimum of two working days notice prior to the delivery date for order cancellations. You can cancel by calling us at 07557303350 or by emailing info@bambooflowers.co.uk with your reference order number.
Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. We guarantee our flowers for up to 5 days and send the flowers with care instructions to ensure they are placed in the optimum environment; however, if they fail to last for 5 days, please do send us an image. We offer a no-quibble refund or replacement policy, but we do ask for an image so we can look into any issues thoroughly.
