Bamboo Flowers delivers fresh bouquets and floral arrangements across Surrey and Berkshire from Monday to Saturday, excluding UK national bank holidays. Orders can be placed online 24/7, simply by selecting the delivery date, address, and occasion.

• Next-Day Delivery: Order before 8pm for next-day flower delivery. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or spontaneous gifts.

• Hospital and Hotel Deliveries: We recommend checking with the hospital or hotel before sending flowers. For hospitals, delivery is usually made to reception, and for hotels, arrangements are delivered to reception for staff to pass on to the recipient.

• Delivery Notes: If the recipient isn’t home, a delivery note will be left with instructions on where to find the flowers.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. Please keep this for reference.

Bamboo Flowers guarantees your flowers for up to five days. In the unlikely event your flowers arrive damaged or do not last as expected:

1. Notify us within 24 hours.

2. Send a photo of the flowers to help us investigate.

3. We will provide a replacement bouquet or a no-quibble refund.
