If no one is home to receive the delivery, parcels are often left in a safe place. This can often be with a neighbour, behind a shade, gate, bin or under a sheltered area where the parcel is hidden from public view.
If the delivery address is an apartment block, hotel of office, the parcel can sometimes be left with the reception or concierge. A card will be left, specifying where the parcel has been left.
If there is no suitable place for the parcel to be left, a calling card will be left at the delivery address for the recipient to contact the courier or us and re-arrange delivery.

For this reason, we're unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital does accept flower deliveries, then our courier driver will normally deliver the parcel to reception.
We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending flowers. Large hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to source the recipient.
